تفاصيل الوظيفة:

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The above personnel will be responsible for local purchasing activity of spare parts, plants consumables, stationary, IT, and office supply. He will be in charge of consolidating internal customer requirements, negotiate prices, follow up until we receive the service or the material, and make sure the company is getting the best value out of these purchases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Purchase Local Spare parts, tools, machineries, services, consumables, IT tools, stationary and office supply.
-His division will serve mainly maintenance department, engineering department, IT and HR department.
-Consolidate & collect all local PR’s and department needs.
-Complete buying cycle from getting quotation, negotiating prices, selecting the best supplier who gives the best value.
-Issue POs on time with the right data.
-Maintain all documents and justification for selecting certain suppliers to enable the purchasing manager releasing orders.
-Building a pricing data base for his material and keep up to date with market and price trend.
-Conduct frequent visit to the competitors of our local suppliers to guarantee that our supplier are giving us the best value.
-Follow purchasing policy & authority level (amount wise) before making buying decision.
-Follow up with the supplier to get the material on the promised date.
-Make sure that best delivery date is communicated to the internal customer, and to communicate potential delay timely.
-Give best internal customer service and reacts towards internal customer complain.
-Control and guide filed buyer to assess him finding suppliers, buying & delivering materials, getting quotation, and taking samples.
-Sourcing and qualifying new vendors that can create competition among other suppliers.
-Coordinate with the planners and production stores if they need to utilize the field buyer.
-Maintain proper filing and record system.

-Covering others during vacation
-Any other task given by the management.

Skills
High school or + (BA or BSc).
Purchasing & negotiation courses is preferred.
